We arrived at the state. vet. clinic for consultation. At the reception, I was sent for a consultation immediately to the surgeon. Reception is very strange, in the same queue and those who are on time for surgery, and acute, and how we - just for a consultation .. someone was taken directly from the corridor, someone himself went into the office. When I came in to find out if it was worth waiting so long, they didn't even listen, they just showed the door and asked to leave. We sat for 3 (!) Hours waiting. Gone. We went to a private clinic, the consultation on our issue did not take even 2 minutes! And they didn't take money from us for it. Returning to the city clinic - it was just 3 hours of life lost .. it was not possible to evaluate the specialists (we arrived there precisely on the recommendations from friends that there are good doctors) From this whole situation, I conclude that the clinic simply does not have enough specialists and organization. Which is what I wish her to acquire in the near future, with all my heart🙏🏻 In the meantime, I'm just disappointed with this attitude towards people and their pets. Take care of yourself, your time and your pets 🙏🏻
