The center on Zanevsky 37 has been familiar to me for over five years. And always (honestly!) I meet a complete understanding of my problems. Starting with a doctor's examination, whether communicating with the managing director Nina, or Evgeny the masseur, as well as administrators at the entrance or even by phone - I ALWAYS meet with a cordial attitude towards myself. After that, you always want to work out so that you can crawl home with your last bit of strength! The instructors in the gym (Julia, Elena, Marina, Polina, hello !!) diligently select the most effective combinations of exercises, make sure that I could not perform them carelessly, they are not lazy to explain the meaning of a specific (in technique) performance. It is surprising. All together they bring good and benefit to sick people from all over the country, and not only to Petersburgers. Once in the locker room I got into a conversation with a resident of Vladivostok (he flew to St. Petersburg at Zanevsky 37 twice a year to get rid of terrible pain in the hip joint). What a real happiness that once I decided not to use pills (which 98% of doctors stuff us with), but to come to grips with classes on MTB simulators. But now, every time, after classes, after steaming in the sauna, dousing myself with ice water from a tub (as Sergei Mikhailovich teaches us), after drinking strong coffee, I go out into the vastness of my hometown, filled with hormones to the eyeballs. I want to fly into the sky. That's how emotions break through! So the body thanks for the benefits that the 50 minute session with iron brought it. After this - a sound sleep with wild plots at night is guaranteed! I recommend all my friends to go to Zanevsky 37 in case of problems with the spine and joints. Thank you, Bubnovki (and Bubnovtsy)!

In connection with the current epidemiological situation, there are wishes. 1. For instructors - wipe the mats with an antiseptic more often and do not place the practitioners at the same time on the nearby simulators. 2. Administrators - not to let people with a cough into the classroom (I witnessed it twice - this is very alarming). All health!

Attentive doctors, excellent instructors, cozy atmosphere. Clean comfortable changing rooms, sauna. After a month of classes, positive dynamics. Bubnovsky S.M. regularly visits the center. Lectures, seminars, answers questions and gives recommendations. Doors open days are held. It is noticeable that the team cares about patients and keeps the bar high

Thanks to studies in this center, our total blind son improved the general condition. Strengthen the muscular frame, the degree of scoliosis decreased.
