UPDATE DECEMBER 2019: Having been in this department for a year, I change my mind. I am glad that I go here for parcels and other services. All unpleasant odors have disappeared, the staff are friendly, they work quickly, the queues, of course, do happen, but they move quickly enough, in an extreme case, an employee will always jump out of the back room and quickly deliver packages. In short, one of the best branches of the Russian Post, where I was, in terms of service. I would like a room more spacious, of course, but this is so, you can survive it taking into account how quickly you manage to get the necessary services. OLD REVIEW NOVEMBER 2018: Recently moved to a freshly bought apartment in the area. Previously, they lived near the department 443080, there it was generally good there. Now we serve in 443074, and comparisons beg for themselves. The office is very cramped, with only two windows, an empty Mail Bank window, which occupied a space in which no one sits. There is no electronic queue, an eternal flea market and questions of who is behind whom. Sometimes there are a lot of people, it is impossible to be inside. Indoors, and especially at the entrance, it stinks wildly of sewers, as if the workers themselves did not go to the toilet, but to the floor. I threw one star only for the process of receiving packages, in this regard there are no complaints, quickly and without problems.

The department stands out with constant wild queues even among other branches of the Russian Post. If you save your time, it is better to bypass it. UPD: The situation has improved somewhat in 2018. I'll add an asterisk.
