I like our mail. Nice branch! They have a lot of work, but despite the constant delivery of parcels, pensions and receiving payments - the employees are very polite and attentive to everyone. Even during the covid wave, they continued their work. Thank you for your hard work! (I have long been using the simplified receipt of parcels without a passport - it's very convenient!)

The electronic queue does not work, everything is mixed up, the paper runs out, the employee himself stuffs the visitors, as if 50 people have come to them, three of them sit, and two work. It is evident that the chief of the department is important reporting and not the actual work, hence the queue. In the department there are only 8 visitors and I'm standing 30 minutes. Someone brought a pack of letters for sending (organization) and one operator was out for 20 minutes! What one letter take one minute? To dismiss the authorities. CUT TO! To whom do they obey?
