Over the past few years, it took me an hour or more to stand in line for parcels, everyone’s nerves were at the limit, tension always grew from the fact that only 2 windows worked and only one served ordinary citizens, while the other window always received mail from world judges. Neither complaints, nor the description of the queue, nor the crying of children, nor the powerlessness of the elderly workers in this department have never been embarrassed, moreover, not all of them knew how to use a calculator with the M + and MR functions. This is especially surprising, but the fact is that they were in no hurry. And suddenly, no more than six months ago, metamorphoses occurred in this department. Namely, with a huge crowd of people, they began to serve faster, they earned as many as 3 windows, pleasant women appeared who didn’t rush at people, court correspondence disappeared, people who were ready to defend themselves against rudeness left discouraged and quite satisfied. Is this for a long time? So happy. Or disgrace will return to the post with former employees? So I want a change for the better ....

Very unpleasant staff, can naham, go to the person! Faced this personally! Just at that moment, the chief or manager came to this department (he was with him). I hope that in the future recruitment will be taken more seriously! But the guys from the credit department of "Pocht Bank" are good fellows, and polite, and everything will be explained and will help and advise! Learn, the older generation of Mail!

This post office is disgusting. Very inconvenient working hours (9: 00-18: 00) for working citizens. One window always works and the turn is general and receive a pension and buy a box for sending! Where are the operators ??? The queues are huge !!! The service is slow, the attitude towards people is boorish !!!
