I left the post office and then a message (code) came that I received them. I returned to the mail, I asked how it happened. You didn't receive the parcels, but you wrote them off. The operator says that this is not her, but the program itself and that I most likely received them, but they remained in the program. But I did not receive these parcels! And the most interesting thing she did all this quietly and when I decently left the location of the mail itself .! When I asked to say my last name and that I would write a complaint. The operator assured me that she would return the tracks for tracking back! But this did not happen! I will write a complaint and a statement to the police about fraud.

There is always a queue here. The machine for issuing coupons does not work. Mud. Anything can happen, a couple of windows may not work. Everything can be understood. But not boorish behavior and not treating people as "debtors". If you are in a bad mood Irina S. you can apologize for the situation, for the mood and say that the problems, the mood is bad. All people. Everyone understands everything. If you are asked a question, then they want to get an answer, not your displeased face. At the post office, you are primarily an employee.

Excellent department. Competent and fast staff, there are practically no queues. I advise all dissatisfied visitors to take a walk through other branches for comparison
