Lonely comet There is a natural park "White Sands" in my city. In its very center, surrounded by low-growing pines, there is a sandy pit. The uniqueness of this place is that its landscape is relict and a human hand did not work on it. Experts who have studied the park have come to the conclusion that this foundation pit is nothing more than an impact crater. But when and what fell from heaven here - they did not answer. Perhaps it was a comet or some other cosmic body. As a citizen of the city, I have always been worried about this riddle. So what happened at White Sands? A long time ago, somewhere in the vast expanses of our galaxy, a cold and lonely comet was rushing at great speed. Her life was coming to an end, and she felt the approach of death. The last time she skirted the sun, she lost a significant part of her body. The ruthless star burned ice from its surface and turned it into a comet's tail. And the longer it became, the more life faded in her. For millions of years she has flown across the universe, and has seen a lot on her long journey. Comets were born and died before her eyes, but this did not touch her icy soul. She was just like them, cold and indifferent. Now her hour has come. Relentless fate drove our comet to the Sun and to its death. Another moment and she will finally evaporate, like millions of her brothers, leaving no trace after herself. Icy terror seized the comet. At the very last moment, something happened to her. Her cold heart melted and some unknown forces, dormant in her for millions of years, woke up, burst out and changed its trajectory. The comet was thrown away from the star. Now, torn to pieces, she rushed to Earth ... Scientists say that water, and with it life, was brought to Earth by comets from space. Nobody knows how many of them there were, but one of them, I am sure, left a mark after itself. Now it is raining over my city, and I know that in the myriads of drops there is one, the same comet.

An excellent park for children and adults. Small but well equipped for hiking. There is where to sit, for the little ones there is something to do. Several coffee shops nearby.

A very interesting place! In the center of the city and such an amazing beauty corner of nature. There are a lot of broken bottles in the sand - this, of course, darkens the stay in this place, but ... all the same ... it's clean enough, you can see that they are cleaning the territory, all around the trash cans, benches, garbage bags ...

A wonderful place to relax, pine trees, water, what else a person needs to relax.

A normal host would be in the city. And the potential of the place will be revealed.
