The last time the notification of 10/7/2020 was thrown into my mailbox as much as 10/20/2020, well, it's just that the postman walked to me for 13 calendar days, everything would be fine, she would not even pay attention to it, if it were not for a traffic police fine, which is possible pay with a 50% discount within 20 days from the date of issue of the decree, of course all terms for payment with a discount have already expired. I regularly order every little thing from Ali and check the mailbox every day, but when I filed a complaint at the office about the work of the postman, the postman began to assure me that their postman brought me a notice on October 7, I just probably didn't look in the mailbox for 13 days, well straight funny! I began to check my internal registers according to which the postman was counted for the notifications he had posted, initially I was leafing through a thick book of registers, checked October 7, then October 8, said that she had not found my letter there, I suggested that she check immediately on October 20, when they actually brought me notice, she took her magazine to the office, came in 25-30 minutes and said that now she found my track number in the registry for the 7th, she just didn't see it at first ... Well, just keep people for fools, me too in 20-30 minutes I can print a lot of things in my backroom, just to shield my employee, not to admit my guilt, not to apologize and not to give me an official written confirmation that, due to the fault of the Russian postal worker, I did not receive a notice of the fine on time, in general to me only this piece of paper was needed ... For the future, I will check every notification by dates, come to your office and leave a written complaint, in addition, I will leave the same complaint on the hotline of the Russian mail, you don’t want to work with people, so you will work with your supervisory authorities. !!

The staff is adequate, but the electronic line has not been working for half a year already.

I have a good attitude to this post office, at least because they have not lost a single parcel of mine for many years. In addition, polite and competent staff. There are queues, as elsewhere. But I have not stood in line for more than 15 minutes.

Everything is in order with the post office, but after the road on Staro-Zagora was repaired and signs were hung up, parking was prohibited and the markings were drawn. You cannot park at the post office, now look for parking pockets or places in the yards. No one thinks that winter is coming and it will be completely problematic to get to the post office. In general: advice, do not go on foot😅!
