Dear customers, be especially careful when buying in this pharmacy! A certain employee, not very highly qualified, works there, from which not one of us has suffered. You need to carefully check what you put in the package. The pharmacist did not consider it her duty to clarify in what form the drug is needed (ampoules, suppositories, tablets ..), did not ask for a prescription for the prescription drug. As a result, an expensive and unnecessary drug was purchased! As everyone probably guessed, sorting out here is useless. The return and exchange of medicines is prohibited. The pharmacist began to unlock in every possible way, to come up with some ridiculous excuses for his unprofessional actions. That she spent an entire hour on me while I was comparing prices. (My purchase took a maximum of 5 minutes. This already speaks of her as a person and employee is not in her favor.) But the most unpleasant thing is that only we are to blame, it was necessary to more clearly name the dosages, to know all forms of drugs existing in nature ! And the fact that the pharmacist did not specify, did not ask what is her direct responsibility - this is normal! And the pharmacy manager also believes that only we ourselves are to blame! The woman who was next to me in the treatment room at all in the pharmacy did not sell the medicine that was prescribed! Therefore, she was not able to make injections that day. At today's medicine prices, getting a large amount has become very easy! And the pharmacy workers did not become more attentive and competent.
