I called the indicated number on the website to the accounting department to find out whether they were issuing certificate number 9 from them and in the order of the queue or by appointment, in response they shouted to me that she (introduced herself as an accountant) did not know what they were giving out and needed to call the accounting department ... although that's where I called, judging by the way she introduced herself!

Good day! I called the housing service 1 on the phone number indicated in the advertisement to ask whether they give out certificates in form 9, they told me in a boorish form that they did not give certificates. I consider this behavior unacceptable, and they don’t communicate with clients like that.

On what basis was the accounting office working time changed on February 22? Highly overloaded employees decided not to work in the evening shift? People come and swear. Thank you to the staff for such a gift!
