High end hotel. Young but VERY experienced and highly skilled staff and management. Ultra clean rooms with daily service around the clock. Top crew at the desk. The restaurant is awesome - top personnel here too - stunning breakfast. And you must have your dinner here. We will return to this beautiful city and definitely to this hotel. The Crowne Plaza is in an ideal location. Near to Nevsky avenue you can get all the way down to the hermitage museum within an hour or so. However you will find yourself stopping off at many locations along the way sightseeing and taking in the absolutely stunning architecture. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make your stay special!!! Anastasia in particular made our honeymoon stay extra special from the day we booked our hotel to the moment we left.

Spectacular! One of the most exuberant hotels I've spent a time in all my entire life. Everything has a extremely quality. The attendance is very good and the rooms are incredible. Awesome!

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of St. Petersburg. The staff are excellent and quite fluent in English. I was very please with this hotel and the location. I will definitely go out of my way to stay at this property again. Bravo!

Crowne plaza, as it should be - professional staff, clean interiors, spacious rooms, all the needed amenities, including Nespresso coffee machine. Location is great - just opposite a huge mall and a railway station - however, no noise can be heard in the room. Can definitely recommend this property!
