In the office itself, all the "ladders", old, even the baseboards on the floor, and those without corners. The card was issued, and that some kind of informational package of services was connected to it by default, they did not say, and I did not know about this, I left. As a result, you cannot make online purchases with this card, you need to connect the full package only at the office. Again to go to this office, and this is more than an hour. You can withdraw from the card of this bank at any third-party ATM 3 times a month, but in Sberbank, for example, it gives only 3 thousand. So 9 thousand a month in cash, and spin as you want. In general, I am not satisfied with either the office, or its employees, or in general with the bank's services.
