It's a pity that you can't put it below one. I support the previous review about the timing and quality of service. Deadlines exceeded 10 times, there is no service as such. Initially, the documents were submitted incorrectly - return. Moreover, the return, so also everyone does not care about your documents, the employee with whom you worked with you got sick, while the work with the client was not even thought to be transferred to another manager, everything is dead weight. So, the manager recovered, went to work, BUT did not even think to look at what status was there for the deal with documents. I wrote to the chat, called for 3 weeks (!!!) and no one called me back and wrote about the status of my documents. They just scored in unison. YES, GUYS - this is you - the proud and "responsible" team of the office in the Savings Bank on Kolomyazhsky Prospect, MANY THANKS to YOU ​​for the electronic registration of the transaction, for which 10900 rubles were paid. And yes, still in progress, I feel it will be fun.

I support the previous author. Do not take a mortgage here !!! You will never be downgraded to the declared 7.9% simply because the bank will not submit its documents to Rosreestr and you will rush between the chat, support service and the office, and no one will give a damn about you !!! We received a suspension in the registration of a mortgage for the indicated reason, while it is impossible to get an answer from the bank whether they eventually submitted documents or not !!! Chat support goes to the office to no avail, but managers and their manager do not unsubscribe and call back and it is impossible to get through to them. Disgusting bank !!!

Just awful. Huge queues. The specialist we got to was absolutely incompetent. Constantly delayed documents, had to correct mistakes. Her last visit was struck by her KHPM attitude.

Acquired the service "Electronic registration of property rights" from Sberbank. The service costs 10900r just for the fact that they themselves send all the documents to RosReestr. But they promised that through them faster. Usually the period is 4-5 days, I have been waiting for more than a month (from June 8, 2020). Not only do they constantly make mistakes in the documents, they do not inform about the registration progress. (I know about errors from the calls to the roster itself. It's a pity you can't get any other information there, since it was not me who submitted the application) And here you are sitting - waiting, the deadline has been exceeded 7 times, and when you do not know the end. You call them, they say that they cannot help in any way, they say that another department is engaged in this, and we cannot give the contacts of this department. And I'm not the only one, my subscribers also say that they have encountered similar indifference from Sberbank. I am very sorry that I contacted them! Do not purchase add-ons from Sberbank. services.
