Bank employees simply do not know how to use a computer. To print the certificate, they had to combine the forces of four people. Three different specialists had to wait for the electronic line ticket, one didn’t have access to something, the second sent without explanation to the third, who just could not cope with the printout of the certificate. Competence of specialists leaves much to be desired

I could not make a cash transaction, due to the fact that the cashier was on a break, they said to wait half an hour, it seems that we do not live in Soviet times .. Everyone is so cute, they walk around smiling, only to the point of this ... but they cannot serve a client!
