Awful attitude towards clients. I have been with this bank for more than 15 years. I wanted to break up with them three times. They tried to dissuade them all. I recently received a platinum card. They removed the commission for insurance. And there was a debt on the card 79 rubles. Did not call. Sms were not sent. immediately stuck a fine of 700 rubles and promised a spoiled history in the credit history Do not get fooled by fairy tales. I will not wish it to the enemy bank.

The support service is very poor. I wanted to become a client. Managers screwed up. I called them 5 times. As a result, I refused your services.

I will not advise anyone. The cash register somehow managed to lose 9,000. Moreover, they always have an accompanying of managers - who sit on the chair in their phone stupidly. And the currency transaction is not being monitored. Still - never agree to life insurance. You will be charged with 30% if you demand back in the first year. Divorce!!!

Normal bank and branch. I do not know who everyone gets to, everyone is polite and they smile. Prior to this, I read reviews about this department, I was already ready for what is written =))))

The room is super, I liked the staff, the service was 5, although the loan conditions were not impressed, I will not take it.
