Good afternoon, I bought a shower enclosure from your store. They promised a discount, but didn't. I waited for delivery for a whole week, they promised me so, but it's a very long time. The shower enclosure was delivered with scratches and they blamed everything on the buyer, as if we scratched it during unloading with profiles that were only on the large side glass. The same glass and another door were scratched. The seller got rid of me with a proposal to bring the corner back and send it to Moscow for examination, whether it was a manufacturing defect. Well, how can a scratch be a manufacturing defect. Of course, I realized that I had to stay with a scratched corner. Very disappointing. When shipping from the warehouse, the bottom of the box was opened to me to check the integrity of the glass. You are the one to blame. It was necessary to completely open the box and check for scratches for the light (they are not immediately striking, but rather large).

Ordered tiles, this is something. All delivery dates are broken. That there is no floor, then there is not enough and the tile is broken to the walls, and to bring it from Moscow, this again is a lost time, then one thing, then another. Workers left for another facility, tired of waiting and I understand them. In general, friends, before ordering a tile from them, look for it elsewhere so that your nerves remain strong. I would know, I did not contact them.
