Within a month, I was transferred misleadingly to another tariff. Then they could not transfer back in 2 weeks. Citing an error in the network. On the third appeal, they promised to transfer the day to the day in the prescribed 30 days. In the end, they transferred to 2 days earlier for which they withdrew 100 rubles per tariff change (free of charge, no more than once a month) and canceled 200 with something on the balance. .. I'm waiting for a refund of 100 rubles. Minutes paid and not used are not my fault, they will not be reimbursed. And what kind of valuation should I put expensive citizens? ....
