This department works until 18:00, and, all week. The working part of the population is in flight. Personally, I just do not have time to get there either before or after work.

Disgusting working hours (from 8 to 18:00), more than two windows do not work, queues and loss of time for 40 minutes or more.

I waited an hour to buy 3 envelopes and send a registered letter, in the end they said they were already closed and sent to another department
