I haven’t seen such a terrible attitude towards clients. A bank employee DECIDED me, when asked to talk about the conditions for closing an account. She said that the account is closed only if there is an active card. Card issuance costs 249 rubles (as well as monthly maintenance, and despite the fact that I had a salary project at the bank). She also said that cash at the cash desk is not issued, and the card closes 90 or more days after the issue. This is all a lie, be careful. Thanks to such "competent" employees, I have to come to the bank three times, instead of one, and to sit in lines. I did not sit in lines for less than 50 minutes. Thank you VTB for not respecting your customers or your reputation. Minus a million stars.
