In September 2017, my card was blocked due to a change in my passport. I came to the department more than 7 times, but I could not reissue the card. If some reasons were more or less objective, the rejection because “you need to bring all the cards you ever received because you are from another region” seemed strange to me. However, I was denied service and another time I came WITH ALL the information that was demanded from me at previous times. And Oh MIRACLE, I was told that for this I only need a passport. But the story didn’t end there, after a couple of days I receive a message saying that my card is in a branch on the other side of the city. They cannot move it, they cannot block and release a new one here, and answer the question "why then they asked me for a department in which it would be convenient for me to pick up if they weren’t going to deliver to it?" also can not. Bottom line: now is April 10, 2018, but there is no card. Sberbank’s conditions are not so good as to * fuck you guys.
