Unreasonable extortions and complications, in order to meet a person from the train, you need to buy security cards for cash, while at the exit there is no way to return them and you have to go to the ticket office of the station I consider this in conjunction with the obligatory cash settlement as unjustified extortions from the population

Nothing good. Very rarely drives to Peterhof side. None of the employees speak English

The station is spacious, near the metro station. But! The staff is rude, taking into account that the city is tourist and not everyone is obliged to know where and how to get through, the staff should politely prompt, and not answer questions arrogantly and in a raised tone!

09/22/2020 took advantage of the Swallow ride from Oranienbaum to St. Petersburg. No information was given to the passengers before the station Bronevaya. At st. Bronevaya was informed that the electric train would not go further in the near future. In this godforsaken place it's a long way to go, there is no transport. The passengers were presented with a fact without offering any alternative. If everyone had been notified earlier, then many would have got off at other stops and would not have experienced such inconvenience.

At the station there is only one automatic luggage room for only 10 cells for the entire station. Draconian tariffs, for 48 hours of storage - 1500 rubles. There were no free cells, to our appeal the train station employee answered in a boorish manner: how can I help if there are no places ?! Many thanks to the Russian Railways company, for the boorish draconian service. In this way, they contribute to the development of tourism.
