I write to the post office - it turns out that my phone number is not attached, although I gave it when opening the card and it is indicated in the contract that was given to me. Call support. I'm calling support - the number can be linked to the account only at the branch. Again I go to the department, queue and all that. After a long trial, the number is tied, the application opens. The next day I try to transfer money from another bank using the details given by the application. Error - BIC or account is incorrectly specified (insert by copying, typing error is excluded). I contact the support of the sending bank, sort it out, the next day they write - the BIC or account number is incorrect, perhaps the BIC of another branch is needed. I'm calling VTB. The girl operator first tells me: to change the BIC, you need to contact the department. I start talking in a raised voice - the issue is magically solved over the phone. More precisely, how is it solved: I receive an SMS with another BIK. The app still lists the old one, not working. I'm afraid to imagine what problems still await next.

Worst bank branch. There are always as many people as in rush hour in a minibus. The queue is such that even the bank itself cannot be entered, people are standing on the street. The area of ​​the hall is like in a studio in Murino. There are not enough employees, one unfortunate girl is running around. And most importantly, there are no other offices nearby. On Nakhimov there is an eternally empty office for Privilege; ordinary people sit in this office for hours. On weekdays it only works until 19. Many people who work have to go on Saturday. Would have done at least on weekdays a mode of operation until 20 hours. Just mockery of people.

This is horror, not a bank. Incompetent employees, they don't know anything! We sat in line for 2 hours, and in the window for more than an hour. Bank Vozrozhdenie was added to them, so they cannot quickly service Vozrozhdenie's clients. Complete disgrace !!!

Worst department. Waiting in line is at least 30 minutes. There are no conditions for waiting. Everyone waits mostly standing. Many do not wait for their turn and leave.
