The administrator is sweetheart, she spoke beautifully, but this will not fix the matter. She is clearly disenfranchised and is just trying to smooth things over and protect herself and the team from scolding. There is a more systemic error here. Only good reviews are published on the site (and not the fact that they are real, it immediately comes to mind, since the moderation is so one-sided). In VK, everything looks more honorable, but also not everyone is answered and there are no positive results of work on conflict resolution. I don’t know what happened to your helmsmen, but it’s sad to see how such cozy cafes are covered with the rot of contempt for their visitors. Recover!
