I have been to this office several times. I am generally satisfied with the work. Managers are normal, if they don’t know something, they will ask a colleague, they won’t be smart about saying false information. The office is pleasant and spacious. The bank, of course, is not the best, but all have their own characteristics. In principle, I am satisfied with the quality of work of the employees of this office.

The trivial receipt of the card is accompanied by the magical transformation of you into a soccer ball (or any other - it all depends on your imagination). We get a card. We want to register in the application. The application does not work. Do not activate the card. The staff in this department shrug. They say that this happens. There's nothing you can do. Wait a bit. After "a little" we call the hotline. We want to activate the card. And they tell us, and then say the code word. And we don’t have any code word. We are going back to the office. The employees again shrug their shoulders and firmly assure us that on the telephone of the hotline we get some nonsense. They say nothing is needed. Enough passport data. But, if you want, let's assign a code word to you too. Attributed. The application did not work. We call the call center, there we are happily informed that your word is code, it will work only the next day! OK. The next day, the application does not work. We call the call center. In stock we have the magic of the code word. We can do everything now. But no ... A friendly voice informs us that our phone number is not in the database and this application will not work. The result - a day has passed. Nothing works. There is no possibility to use the services of the bank and own money. The office must be visited for the third time. And the story itself has not yet ended. Disgusting service. Incompetent staff.

The worst bank. There is no interest in the client. You always have to call them to speed up their work. Instead of 2 days of application, 10-12 days are considered, and the decision itself has to be found out. Not a single manager has ever called back. Unfortunately, I have to deal with such an unprofessional attitude

One employee works for legal entities. One client takes 30 minutes to work. I was third in the queue, I was waiting for my time for more than an hour, and I could not wait. I do not recommend the bank.
