Alternative opinion: 1. The application was approved quickly 2. The manager was in touch by mail and phone during the entire period prior to the transaction. Moreover, before his dismissal, he called and once again spoke all the nuances of providing a registered contract so as not to raise the rate. 3. Rates below market 4. Few visitors in the office (there was one time) It is alarming that the same manager left the bank. But so far the flight is normal.

The mortgage registration was quick and the service was good (I arranged it through a real estate agency). This year, I submitted an application for refinancing itself. Within 2 months, I applied 3 times, because I did not receive an answer. For the third time, the manager replied that he was missing documents. I sent everything. Another month has passed, and there is no response to the application. I called the hotline, they said that the refinancing was approved, send the package of documents by mail, the review process is 5 days. It took 10 days, the manager did not call back. For another 10 days, I called the hotline several times, each time they promised that the manager would call back in the near future ... of course no one called back ...

The most sloppy bank. Never take a mortgage in it, don't mess !!!!! ... The most lame service and attitude to people is swine. Freaks complete and boorish. I paid a mortgage for 3 years without a single delay, now I ask for a credit vacation, and I treat it like shit. It's just awful. I have not seen or heard such an attitude for a long time. Never contact this bank.

The husband applied to the bank for a reissue of the salary card. This is not Alfa Bank for you, where you can reissue without coming to the bank during a pandemic. After a while, the husband calls the bank to clarify how things are going with the card, and he is informed that the application has been lost. He came a second time, wrote a statement. Today he called and they again inform him that the statement was not reflected. What kind of science is it so difficult to reissue a card to a bank customer ?!

Finally, make an electronic queue and train your employees in the work standards. As far as I understand, using mobile phones with clients is at least not permissible.
