Avangard bank is totally a Russia "Mafia" bank, I send money to my girlfriend, the bank received, keep for over month do not give to account. They give no reason just a few excuses, ask over and over same questions, all docs proof, after all, they're still keeping the money. I can't trust this " Mafia" bank anymore. Be very very careful with this bank.
