Very astonishing hotel with the best spa in town. Was such a suprise to have a spa complex inside this beautiful hotel. The rooms are also very stylish and neat. I really love how they use the curtains. Creating a totally different aura. I can say after visiting over 500 different hotels.. This one has its magic. The gym also very different than other hotels offer. Room service also super yummy. Really e joyed my super short stay in there but I'm coming back definitely 👌👌👌

Great hotel, Great staff, Great Service one of the recommended hotels to enjoy a 5 star service. Special recommendation for your staff Maria for organising the airport transfers in less than 12 hours. Special recommendation for the cab driver Andrey, a great guy, very helpful kind of like a friend, very polite and very courteous. And most importantly speaks English. Compliments for Olga too for helping me at the concierge desk. Rooms were great, all amenities are provided, complimentary water bottles are provided. The only sad thing being a five star hotel is, they would charge for every single thing. I just wanted empty plates and cutlery to my room but deliver to my room was chargeable at 300 Rubles. Rest all was awesome.
