We came to buy a chery Tiggo 7pro at this showroom, they met us very unimportantly, the managers are not interested in selling cars at all, they all speak boorishly, they wanted to hand over their car to trade-in (it was rated 100k less than in all previous showrooms, appraiser Anton demonstratively ended the conversation with us by naming his price) We asked the manager to take a test drive, we were told “okay”, everything was fine, and it all ended, stood like fools at the entrance for 20 minutes, until they freaked out and did not go to ask again, in the end after 40 minutes we went for a test drive. In general, we were very dissatisfied with the service, went to the Mitsubishi salon and bought a car on super-excellent conditions, the service is a million times better than in chery. I categorically do not advise anyone !!!!

In this salon I bought a Chery Tiggo4 NEW 2020 car. Honestly not satisfied with the service. My wife and I wanted to take a car on credit in order to save money, so that there would be money in cash. Not the point. We got a discount of 40,000 rubles. In the set-off of tradeyn. But the information on the site is different, and the total cost of the car was supposed to be 1,159,000, subject to a loan, a helmet, and a trade. No matter how I tried to present it, the manager did not indulge in any ... I still sold the car more expensive ... Service attitude is also not ice. There is no pre-sale preparation at all. The garbage in the driver's seat was just taken and covered with a rug .... WE WORK !!! We changed the rubber for winter (as a gift for 15 years), the bolts were tightened so that they could not turn off the pistol in the tire fitting (when installing the lock). Unscrewed by a balloon with an additional stop. Not a single bolt was greased ... Good service !!! The car immediately led to the right when leaving ... And there are still nuances that need to be addressed. There are no complaints about the car yet. Very satisfied with the Chinese brand. The Celestial Empire rules !!!

I wanted to buy a new car, but on the day I came to buy there was no manager who was fixed. Those conditions that were voiced over the phone and even sent via SMS naturally turned out to be different, asked to be agreed with the authorities, and the manager ran out and ended up talking on the phone with the original manager. As a result, he spent 4 hours in the cabin and was unable to proceed with the design, although the money was also in the mood to buy a car in this salon. You don’t smell like a team. You can’t describe 4 hours in 2 words, but you don’t smell of professional work :( very, very sorry, I relied on you.
