Young personnel. Respectful communication, nice VW Jetta 2015 with cruise control. They have a really long checking process inclusive security check and a radar system installed into the car in order to avoid penalty for violation of speed.

we booked a car, and the evening before the pickup at 21:00 the company representative called, and informed us that the car we booked has a technical problems. the representative didn't suggest any real solution. we are not satisfied with the service and we wont recommend anyone to book a car in this company.

Были у друзей в Питере, но они работали, поэтому посмотреть город мы решили сами. Друзья и посоветовали Альмак. Выбрали polo, менеджер рассказал подробно, какие есть дополнительные опции, за что платить. В итоге неделю мы отъездили, все прекрасно. Автомобиль чистый, ухоженный. При возвращении назад не было проблем, спасибо, все понравилось!

I always issue an unlimited mileage and do not worry about the kilometers traveled. Before that, I did not know about such a tariff, I ordered it through the application, it is not there, every time there was an overrun and I had to pay extra, it was annoying. One of the few companies that sells cars in Russia and beyond. In general, good rental, good conditions, economy prices are about the same as everyone else's, business class is cheaper.

Good rental. The staff is polite, the paperwork and the delivery of the car takes place quite quickly, takes 5-10 minutes. There are several offices. Rates for cars are different rates, from 200 km to unlimited. It is worth noting a solid fleet of cars, you can even think about what to take. The rental prices are slightly higher than the average in the city, for me an acceptable price tag is up to 1,500 rubles, so most often I rent an old Solaris 2016. New cars cost about 2,000 rubles, which is not always affordable, but sometimes you can drive them too. Otherwise, no problem, service at a good level.
