This hotel is mostly booked by Russian government and military agencies, be prepare to meet them face to face ))) . Two days in the room was very dirty water like from the smelly swamp( Hot and cold) on the reception girls said that every room have such water due to some kind of tech. difficulties. No excuses) Room like small coffin is you have claustrophobia avoid! Breakfast was with very limited choices, atmosphere like in Soviet union. Location is far from centre and historical places . So avoid at any cost! Personally I stayed in this hotel because others was fully booked during holidays and I give one star for the free parking and one star for availability 😁

2 of 3 nights the fire alarm vent of around 7 in the morning. Hurried down 7 stairs and after having to ask the staff for information we found out that it was false alarm. It did not felt secure at all. I would expect that some safety routines where in place for situations like this like making sure that there was no fire but I did not see any of such. The alarm was still going when poeple went back to their rooms... The staff also asked why we did not register our 2nd kid at the check-in... we have 1 kid... Food was okay but nothing special.

Prices were very resonable and the buffet breakfast was just amazing.

Very first day at the hotel and the experience has been sub par. The hotel calls itself as 3 star with professional English speaking staff. The reality is that the staff speaks some English with a lot of difficulty, and is not respectful towards the guests. The hotel does not even honor inclusions mentioned during booking. To add to all that, without any warning they decided to turn off water supply to the bathroom for over an hour.
