Today I came to the office to receive a Western Union translation. After sitting in line for half an hour, the employee told me that transfers are not issued if you are not a bank client. On the Internet on the website of the western union and on the website of the ot bank itself it is written that everything is possible. When I asked him if he was sure, he said yes, and there was no way for me to receive the transfer. Why the employees of your bank themselves do not know what services they provide. Shame! As soon as I left the bank, I called the bank's hotline, where I was informed that Western Union transfers are issued to any individual, regardless of whether you are a client or not. The situation occurred on 10/28/2020 branch on bolshoy prospect ps g spb. Please teach your employees first of all their job responsibilities, second of courtesy. The conversation took place at 18.30 with the only young man, a bank employee.

Awful bank. It took an hour to complete the transfer in this department. The cashier is clearly not able to work with a computer due to age. The girl manager doesn’t get right by the numbers, indicating the wrong amount of the transfer, having refused after that to redo the Documents and forcing him to stand in line for a new one. Just a failure, not a service. It is strange that this is a bank, not Russian Post
