A good commercial bank, issued a car loan here, no surprises, no additional services, everything is clear, understandable, fast. For more than five minutes I did not expect service, I never saw the lines. Credit can be paid through the "Messenger". Cons: it’s difficult to park near the bank, one branch, no phone application, the account statement is paid and issued the next day, although it is free at other banks and can be ordered online, if any loan manipulations (early repayment, account closure) are necessary go to the bank, these functions are not online.

This branch has a very negative impression when servicing individuals: the fact that the service is sooooooo slow - complete disrespect for the client, no one knows anything and cannot answer your question - they ask about -6 people in the office ...., More experienced employees are just a disgusting attitude towards their colleagues, who work not so long and don’t understand something, humiliate them directly in front of customers, and listen to them to us ...., certificates of debt are issued not on demand, but after 2-3 weeks and again you come and wait until someone deigns to give them to you ...... I will never cooperate with this bank again!

The bank is strange, it opens at 9-00, but they work with you only from 9-30. Why then open at 9 and everywhere the mode of operation to write supposedly with 9?
