Very horrible bank. Things you could do with ease in other VTB banks are almost impossible here. It's just as though the clerks and attendants were hired yesterday. They have little or no idea on money transfer and other processes. They line is always long because the attendant is rarely present.

I had to replenish the card and decided to use an ATM on 12/25/2019. The department now has new machines and this is good. As it turned out today ... one of the ATMs accepted cards and did not give them back. There was no announcement that it was not working. As a result, I had to call the bank and block the card! Now the question is for connoisseurs from VTB Bank - How about in order to cover the cost of reissuing a card?

The operators are extremely slow; they have to sit in line for a very long time. The operationists know this because they start the conversation with the phrase - an apology for the long wait. In terms of service at the VTB branch, it was 100 years behind Sberbank

Almost always the queue. Several times I had to be here - each time only waiting takes an hour and a half. Everything is very slow. And so year after year. If possible, choose other branches or banks.

Not in vain, the rating of this institution is 1 * employees do not work at all! A line of 5 people drags on for several hours! The Bank is located on a large ave. Ps, it is better not to go here completely!
