We were in the Temple, it is open several days a week, and even services are held on Sundays. An interesting place, how such a different past looks at you from under the plaster. The temple has preserved the unique frescoes of Bryullov. And a very good father. I sincerely want the Temple to be restored.

Real historical monument of Russia. The temple was a regimental church of the Life Guard of the Grenadier Regiment. The uniforms of the Chefs of the regiment, members of the imperial family, were kept in the church. The officers of the regiment who died in the Great Battle of Galicia and during the Great War of 1914-1918 were buried immediately. As a result of the 1917 revolution, the temple was ruined, and subsequently converted into a sports club. Unfortunately, the historical heritage lost in this temple will not be restored.
