The first time I bought a new car, studied salons and reviews, got acquainted with managers. Buying a car turned out to be an unexpectedly long and stressful process, I did not expect that it would take several days in time, despite the fact that the car was available. I recommend laying at least 2 days. On the first day you will draw up all the documents, if you have a trade-in, then this is an inspection for at least 2 hours, the signing of an agreement. It is better to arrive early, by appointment. Car delivery is not usually practiced on a day-to-day basis. it is required to carry out pre-sale preparation of the car, and this is a few hours of time. All this time you will be "supervised" by the sales manager, his work depends not only on what discounts and gifts you will receive, but also directly support the transaction, which can be difficult due to trade-in, insurance, loans, several people and bureaucracy are enough there. Here you have two options, you will be satisfied, with a pleasant feeling of buying a new car, or you will get tired and that's it. Try to choose a manager with whom it is not difficult for you to spend several hours in communication. I have traveled virtually all Skoda car dealerships, also Kia, I can tell you for sure that out of a dozen managers with whom I talked, not even 3 people really worthy are typed. The segment is massive, the guys sell cars like potatoes, generously sprinkling with unnecessary options, insurance, loans - the client is perceived as an unnecessary obstacle separating the cunning sold from the premium and the generous smile of the boss. In my case, the deal was accompanied by Vadim Biryukov, a very cool guy, he really understands how to sell a car, how to create an atmosphere of exclusivity for a client. Thank you Vadim, I was completely satisfied with the purchase process. The salon as a whole makes an excellent impression, everything is clear and to the point, it is clear that the management is trying to achieve high standards, and is carrying out daily work in this direction. I got a new car here. Nice, non-intrusive service. The only thing is, you won't be offered coffee. Well, this is not a Lexus ... But when I left the gate, they immediately forgot. They didn’t even allow, they didn’t ask whether the client was satisfied with the purchase. 🤔😄

For a long time I have been performing all MOT and even tire fitting as soon as I opened on Bolshoy Ave. Service is good, but a lot depends on the master. Which unfortunately change frequently.
