PROS: - Short, 10-min walk from the metro, which takes you anywhere in St. Petersburg. - Multiple restaurants nearby, including American fast food chains and local places. - Lovely park connected to the back entrance of the building. - Management speaks English and is very helpful, and building is clean. CONS: - Buffet breakfast is OK, not the best out there and needs more variety.

An affordable hotel with nice service... its also near to the metro station so you dont hav to wory to hang out

I think it's a great hotel for travelers! Ideal cleanliness in the room, seemingly new kettle and flat-screen TV with an uninterrupted working remote control and terrestrial channels. There is a floor fan. Shower cabin without streaks, with good plumbing. High ceilings, the house is "historical")) In the courtyard, where outsiders do not walk - a car park (this is important to me), however, in the limit, there are eight cars. I don't really need Wi-Fi and breakfast right in my room (!), But there is this too. But for a personal refrigerator - special thanks! In which case, there is where to cool strong drinks)) Question price? 2700 for the "single" ...

Very good location, the room is comfortable, but there are no cosmetic accessories, there is a kettle and a refrigerator, but it did not work. Breakfast is a buffet, but apparently it is not designed for all guests, they came half an hour before the end, the omelet was over. The staff is polite, helpful, answered all questions.
