The staff is excellent, kind, and courteous. Nothing very Grand about the one floor hotel though, quite small actually but the room is very spacious and conveniently located 100 yards from a grocery store. Bad thing about the room itself is that you can't control your own air conditioning. Bad thing about the location is that if you're in the heart of the city and plan a night on the town, be aware that the bridges are raised twice early in the morning daily so if you can't make your way back to the island before a certain hour or between 3 and 4, you are stuck in the mainland until those bridges come back down. There's the toll road but that's a bit out of the way.

Nice hotel. Clean and quite. Close to the new stadium so was very helpful. We really appreciated all the efforts of Vladimr☺️

Everything is big in the photo. In fact, there is almost no space in the room for 2 adults and 2 children. A room 10-12 meters no more. The extractor fan hardly works in the toilet. If only to sleep, then the norms are an option. Far from the center. Dormitory area

This is not the first time I come here in my car. It is because of the calm location that I choose your hotel. + From Vasilievsky Island you can go to any part of St. Petersburg and near the WHSD. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are breakfasts to choose from. Check-in at 13. From shops nearby pyaterochka. There are no problems with parking near the hotel.
