I decided to make my wife a surprise on her wedding anniversary. 2 days outside the city, in a good location with a good car. The choice fell on the Dodge Challenger. Unfortunately, there was a technical overlap, but we were offered a Nissan GTR on favorable terms and received a compliment from the company for the inconvenience (which actually did not happen, thanks to the staff). As a result, the car 🚗 is amazing, the staff is responsive, customer-oriented. Two days passed as one. We did not experience any problems with the deposit / payment. Everything is as previously discussed. If you want to "fry for all the bucks" - then be ready to pay. In my opinion, this is true. Recommend? Definitely. I'll come again for sure. Thanks to the company! It's worth a lot to drive such cars

"no answer...." -Correspondence in WhatsApp with your employee is, read. in the end - they returned, of course (they also charged me a commission for the transfer) but, the sediment remained. the moment that should take place fully automatically without my participation ... in the end calls-calls-calls ... well done!) customer focus 10/10!)

I made an order, they said yes, you can take a car. I threw off the documents. They call on the trail already at lunchtime and say that the car is busy. But they provided me with a good replacement car, they returned the deposit! Very nice staff, everything went great with me! I will definitely take more cars!

In July, rented for a day - MERCEDES E200 (W213) AMG STYLE. The car, as well as its condition is excellent. Nevertheless VERY spoiled the moment of communication with employees. Often, my messages before and after the reservation were simply not answered, as if the company itself was not at all interested in the client. Reception and return of the car were pretty quick and smooth. Refund of the second part of the deposit NO (5t.r. after a month of rent to pay fines if necessary). Firstly, after 2 MONTHS, they never returned anything to me (I myself already forgot to think about this money). After repeated attempts to contact by phone and what's app (again, they just DID NOT RESPOND to the messages), they still transferred the money to the card, but ATTENTION ... not 5t.r., but 4930 r ... They explained that 70 rubles transfer commission ... That is, I waited more than 2 months, I was forced to "run" for employees to get the money back, but in the end, the company considered it correct from the same 5t.r. to write off for the transfer ... Of course, the matter is not in 70 rubles, but in a completely disregard and boorish attitude. The same arrogant attitude was felt during the very communication with employees. A day of renting a Mercedes is probably not the most profitable order for a company, but I think this is unprincipled. I put a maximum of 3k for a good car, the service is no good. If there was no URGENT need for a car, I would definitely opt for another company.
