blood stains on the wallpaper everywhere. very old, smelly and run down building. wifi connection is really bad too.

First time such a terrible service. We chose a DeLuxe room with a jacuzzi. The number absolutely did not match the one declared on the booking. In fact, it turned out that the jacuzzi was not working. They refused to rectify the malfunction and did not recalculate. At the reception, there is completely incompetent staff, headed by the manager Anastasia, who answered all questions: "I will not talk to you." There was no information board. Naturally, she also refused to connect us with the director. "Wonderful" approach to the client. I do not advise. I do not recommend it.

After canceling the reservation, this organization assured that it would refund the deposit within 3 weeks. A month has passed. They feed me “breakfasts” and do not want to return my funds. I will decide the matter through the court with the recovery of additional compensation and the imposition of other punitive measures. I will never come here, and I strongly recommend that no one contact me here.

Stayed several times at this hotel, everything was pretty decent, but the last time completely ruined the overall impression! I always booked the same room, because it was most suitable for the interior and amenities. Therefore, I decided to surprise my daughter and spend a day off with her in this hotel, in a suite with a jacuzzi. As a result, the jacuzzi did not work, there was no one to repair it, we were not offered any other options. No discounts or any other bonuses. For a long time we had to knock out bathrobes, which, judging by the description on Bucking, were included in the price (before they were always in the room), this time they were offered to us for money! In the end, one robe still brought, but with a ragged belt. The room itself was pretty shabby already, a jacuzzi, not only didn’t work, it also left the water constantly, I had to add it. In general, the attitude is disgusting. More than a foot there. Previously, parents also went there to celebrate the anniversary, this year they dissuaded them.

I would like to leave a review about accommodation from November 15 to 17. Reserved a room for 3 weeks, hoping that everything will be fine. Pros: -location - this was the only positive point, since it was not far from the desired route Minuses: - Lack of attention to the guests: even during the reservation I asked for a double set of linen, since I lived with a family of 4 people, I also clarified this in the morning at check-in, but alas, nobody cares here. One set of towels and bed linen. After the call, everyone brought it, but you have to make the whole bed, because you want it after 24 hours. When they could not figure out the remotes from the TV, the employees received an answer: "figure it out for yourself." And the problem was that the THIRD remote control was under the bed, but it wasn’t checked even during the “cleaning” - Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Layers of dust wherever possible. And this is all in the room where the child should sleep. - Equipment: non-working hours, a lamp with a hole without a bulb, very little light, collapsed sockets, window sills in terrible condition, a dirty ottoman for legs was taken, but was never replaced. - Separately, you need to pay for cleaning - 450 rubles, I just could not understand why you could not immediately include it in the price. So at registration to me it was COUNTED TWO TIMES. I had to show everything on my calculator and teach employees math. Of course, not without a sticker in the number “Thank you for leaving clean”. Do you also keep mold in the dishwasher for guests? And of course, no one will ask when leaving about impressions, because everyone does not care about you. Rest was ruined. And as you can see, they do not bear responsibility for bad reviews. Only the good ones will be answered.
