There is a village near St. Petersburg called Pesochny. Small, cozy, with a large green area. And there is also one of the most famous cancer centers in the northern capital. There is no need to explain that oncology is serious, that procedures that are prescribed on an outpatient basis are sometimes a very long process. That is, at intervals of once - twice a week, the patient must come for these procedures. For pensioners with cancer, the road itself to Pesochny and back is no longer easy. It's good if there are relatives, and it's good if these relatives have vehicles, and, of course, it's good if they, these relatives can afford to take time off at work. We do not provide free special transport for these purposes. Provided (in the absence of relatives) public (free, but very time consuming), or paid - minibuses and taxis. Have you often seen retirees driving around in taxis? Me not. So, a person comes to the procedure, which in itself does not last long, but the time waiting for the cherished door to open and the sister will call your name drags on endlessly: two or three or four hours, sometimes more and almost never less. Apparently, having decided that sick pensioners are bored with nothing to do at home, they decided to brighten up their loneliness. Initially, the admission protocol was changed in such a way that a doctor's referral must be obtained before each procedure. These are additional rides through the whole city (or an additional day off for relatives) and an agonizing wait for an appointment, in fact, formal and soulless. As an excuse, you can hear the following: "Yes, I was a little late (about three hours), because first I had a lecture, and then I had dinner." And you sit, they say, you still have nowhere to rush, if only to the next world. By the way, before Kovid, accompanying people could enter the oncology center with patients, now they are waiting on the street. It's good if you can find a parking spot. If not, you circle nearby, waiting for the end of the procedures. And this protocol change was apparently not enough for someone, and a mandatory rapid test for covid was added to it before each procedure. And let's not forget about blood tests, ECG, urine, CT, ultrasound ... Yes, of course, some of this list can be done free of charge and in the cancer center itself, and for this you come back there, get a doctor's referral and go ahead. How does it work in practice? For example, like this: a test for covid is prescribed at 9 am, and a biochemical blood test at 13.30. An important point: both of these tests are done on an empty stomach! No one cares that a person can become ill, a hungry faint can happen to him, but you never know what! Not to mention that a sick person should spend half a day waiting and among the crowd of the same suffering (what social distance, the density of the human flow is such that you can completely forget about it ?!). Of course, someone is waiting, and someone goes to a private clinic and takes tests without the crowd and waiting, but for their own money. Do you know how much money you need to get tested for the second option? The pension will not be enough, definitely. And without these tests, they may not only be denied access to procedures, but also deprive them of quotas, and this is all, this is, in fact, the end of treatment and for many it is a death sentence. In general, a soulless conveyor, or the price of free medicine, the quality of which can only be said by those who have not treated anything more serious than hemorrhoids. And there is also a wonderful doctor Dolmatov, who, apparently, is so tired of patients that he conducts the reception through his teeth and with arrogance that an English queen would envy and a thirst for profit like General Noriega. "PROFESSIONALISM, RESPONSIBILITY AND MERCY" are posted with the slogan of this institution. Well, well ... Absolute cynicism! #adaptic # oncological center

How to make hell out of a good cause ... How to turn a modern medical center into a theater of pain and suffering ?! How did you manage it !?

They are fighting covid by processing only the reception, while people are kept in a crowd in the reception. 1.5 is generally not observed anywhere, laughter and nothing else. Accompanying persons will not be allowed into the emergency room. Those who come to the hospital will take the test and will wait for the result all day in a separate room with a bed. Take food and drink for this period. Check all services are paid or not. A very large flow of people. But at least they are trying to treat something, of course it turns out very stretched, tk. A lot of people.

Apparently your task is to prolong the agony and make visiting the center for dying people as painful as possible .. The pinnacle of variations in professional deformations. Ashamed of you. And getting sick is now very scary!

I went 10.01.2019 for an interview for an orderly job ... 5-day salary of 27,000 - from mopping to repairing outlets. But: a huge amount of certificates, tests, vaccinations, and even be sure to have a certificate of orderly. In short, you will work for a month for free, and in the evenings go to study and collect information. And it's all at your own expense! No directions, no compensation, they are all on the drum.
