Brought our Audi car over here to get it serviced before the 5.000km road trip we were going to embark on. Clear instructions had been given to mechanics as to where we’d go and how long the route would be. Didn’t have a chance to finish off the road trip. The car engine broke down. Had to leave our car in Voronezh Audi garage for the repairs of the engine to be carried out. Cost us a fortune. Stress. Disappointment and disbelief to have it happened to the vehicle with 70.000 km mileage on it! It’s turned out to be the cat we bought in the bag, but the Audi car! Audi sucks!!

Hi, arrived at the Audi center with some nicking sound at the front axe, now the fact they don't speak English that didn't stop the employees to be super professional and helpfu in every way, test drive was made to point out the issue, diagnostics was run and service was provided, overall I am very satisfied with the service quality and the willingness to help, the service was carried out in a very short time since time was of the essence, since a long road was ahead of us all the way to Germany Berlin, I recommend this service point at any time. Germans should learn a bit how to provide service to their customers also. And let's not forget to mention that it was on a Saturday afternoon, aprox 18:00 hour. Thank you guys! The salon is bright and spacious. There is a small parking lot for customers. Good selection of cars. Provide professional advice. There is an opportunity to test the car. By the way, the test drive route is quite normal for the initial acquaintance with the car. On a deal - everyone does it quickly.

I have been using the services of the Petrogradsky Audi Center for almost 10 years. I would like to note the friendliness of the staff, parking for customers and a chic showroom (in Russian - an exhibition hall). If you come to the service, they will treat you to coffee and call a taxi. While waiting for the car, you can visit a cafe, or relax on the couch. In good weather, you can walk along the Bolshaya Nevka embankment, or walk along Petrogradka. Service prices are not at all low, like the Audi cars themselves.
