The hotel canceled my booking WITHOUT ANY COMMENT simply because my credit card was about to be renewed. I contacted the hotel to let them know that this would take my bank one week, and without any reply they just canceled my reservation. My stay there would not have been until July, so there would have been PLENTY of time for them to make sure I entered a valid card. AT LEAST send an email to apologize for the inconvenience when canceling someone's reservation. I'll gladly book another hotel since they don't want my money.

We are having problems with the number. Administrator Alla didn't even want to solve them. Own ambitions turned out to be higher than production ones. As a result, four people lived in a double room. There was an incredible stench in the room where my husband lived. I had to keep the window open all the time.

Excellent location, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor. The elevator is temporarily out of service now, so if you have problems getting up, consider this.
