So far, only positive impressions. Late I realized that I needed a car. In the current situation, there were no cars available everywhere. And there was no choice. Offered branded taxi. Mostly pokotsatnaya, but working Rio on the machine, at a nice price. Weekend saved) Pay attention to the cleanliness of the machine upon delivery. Before delivery, be sure to photograph everything that you don’t like so that there are no problems during acceptance. They are uncomfortable for me (in the north), but overall, not the biggest problem.

06/17/2020 in the company Auto Rent was rented a car Lada Largus. It all started with the fact that a car with an idle air conditioner was provided. Only after an urgent request was a serviceable car provided. During operation, the car was damaged - a chip on the windshield the size of a penny coin, which in a normal situation is clearly an insurance event and the tenant should not be liable for this damage. But the company Rent Auto decided that in such cases it is possible to have additional and considerable income (for this damage 7,000 rubles were deducted from the collateral). Most likely, one of the subsequent tenants will also pay for another chip, and so on, until the glass falls apart. Examining the true (!!!) reviews about this company, it becomes clear that almost the main goal of the company’s managers is to keep the paid collateral as small as possible for any slightest damage that is not documented when the car was accepted for operation. Moreover, the pledge is not legally formalized in any way, and later it will be extremely difficult to prove that you were actually robbed. If you read this review and still decide to rent a car from this company, we advise you to carefully inspect the car during acceptance, check its full serviceability and make sure that all the slightest defects are indicated in the acceptance certificate.

We rented a car for traveling to Finland. The car was issued in perfect condition, issued quickly. They accepted back without any problems, they returned the deposit immediately. Highly recommend it!

We arrived at the May holidays in St. Petersburg. I want to appreciate the fast service of the company and the friendly staff. The car was in excellent condition (clean interior). When returning no problems, everything went quickly. The services of the company are completely satisfied, we will use more.
