Awful hotel. The building entrance as thrilling as haunted house. The hotel is on 3rd floor and there is a pub on 5th floor, so at night we couldn't sleep peacefully. The hotel doesn't have dining room. If we booked include breakfast, for sure you will be disturbed in the morning cause they tried knocking our doors to give the breakfast till we were waking up. And unfortunately the food wasn't delicious. Also, if you have some problems, the staffs aren't helpful at all. Better to choose different hotel. Not recommended.

Our stay here was ok. But I would not come again. I booked via HRS, but when we arrived there was no room available and we had to sleep in partner hotel for 1 day. The hotel is close to the Metro but a little bit far from the center. The furnitur interior in the rooms are very easy and not nice. But for the low price it was ok. The staff was always friendly.

Not safe. Choose another hotel.

Please, don't even think about staying in this place of horror! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Absolutely deceiving name with a "GRAND" word in it..... It shows 3 stars , WHY??? Nothing grand about this "grand **it hole"! The rate was $107 per night, and it included: hellishly hot rooms, no a/c, elephant size mosquitos and no mosquito net, breakfast "prison style", bed's corners leaving bruises on your legs because of a lack of space, Please, don't even think about staying in this place of horror! Absolutely deceiving name with a "GRAND" word in it..... Nothing grand about this "grand **it hole"! The rate was $107 per night, and it included: hellishly hot rooms, no a/c, elefant size mosquitos and no mosquito net, breakfast "prison style", bed's corners leaving bruises on your legs because of a lack of space, rundown soviet times office building with a nightclub, drunken teenagers in the courtyard at 2:00 a.m., no sound isolation whatsoever between the rooms and hallway, nasty smell from carpet, black mold in the shower. Breakfast: you have to choose the night before out of 4 poor choices: omelette+yogurt+coffee or tea; oatmeal+yogurt+coffee or tea; pancakes+yogurt+coffee or tea; farmers' cheeses pancake+yogurt+coffee or tea... Breakfast is served till 9:00 which is really no very convenient, and how the one suppose to know the exact time to wake up and schedule breakfast to be delivered? Also, their website also claims that the location is convenient to the main attractions - this is not true at all. After 4 nights of suffering (including getting allergies from mosquito bites and mold in the bathroom) I had to move to another hotel. The money paid in advance for a whole stay (13 nights) were never returned , under the excuse that my rate was "non refundable" But if the rate is non refundable it doesn't mean that the living conditions needs to be deplorable! I filed a complaint with reservation office and was offered a credit for my future stay in any of their "Grand" hotels... Quote: "As an alternative and an apology, we can offer a deposit for accommodation and use of additional services for the remaining amount in any of our hotels"... It's what I call false advertising, customers' deceiving and ROBBERY! The name of the Department of Reservations Manager: Elvira Fazylianova. If you need "extreme travel experience" à la "Survivor" show - go ahead and book the room in this hostel style one floor, long hallway with 34 rooms barn. Do not believe the description and the photos. It is one floor in the terrible, unsecure building! Due to the absolute unfair response for my Complaint Claim from the hotel's Department of Reservations , I decided to leave a review on every possible website which allows to do it. I will take legal action later as well .

Maybe it's OK for that price. We had to change the room because the one that was originally booked for us smelled of cigarette smoke and was not very clean. The other room was much better.
