08/27/2020 we bought a bouquet of chrysanthemums, it was packed, everything seemed to be nothing BUT after it was presented to me, and it was almost immediately, one of the flowers completely crumbled, and the other two fell by half, and the bouquet did not shake, did not drop, carefully drove in the car. A huge minus is, of course, a spoiled surprise and a gift, and the second is that the owners of this shop with flowers refused to replace Flowers that were crumbling, citing that they cannot be exchanged. I understand everything, of course, but here apparently money comes first, not service and customers. Money thrown into the wind + spoiled mood. I do not recommend it !!! Last time they took a bouquet, all the legs were flimsy and there was a terrible smell, as if the Flowers stood in the same water for a month and did not change

Friendly, but the price tag bites. Bargaining is appropriate.
