I made a reservation for a sauna in about 5 days. Clarified free time and received the answer "free all day." If we had been there more than once, the administrator decided not to take an advance payment. When we arrived at the place, we were incredibly surprised that the sauna was handed over to others in OUR TIME. Many took time off, changed plans to get together in the sauna that day. And most of all, it was not greed that shocked us, but the fact that we were not even notified that our reservation was simply given to some unknown person. As a result, we got not only a spoiled mood, but also wasted time. The cherry on top of the cake was a call the next day with the question "will you come today ???". The audacity was on the level.
