A bit expensive but it has everything you need. The staff is nice and professional

Inflexible pass policy. The club itself appears quite nice but the sales dept is not customer oriented. When I inquired about trying the club for a day, I was told that I could only buy an annual pass. Seems silly to commit to a club for a year when you don't have a chance to try it. I was prepared to pay for a daily or weekly pass but was turned away. No self respecting fitness chain would survive on such strategy. What is the purpose of the sales dept when they do anything but sales.

I have been going to this sports club for 9 years. On the plus side, the trainers are very professional. The workouts are intense, different, there is a huge choice of what to do. Good equipment, great facilities, clean changing rooms and showers. No broken equipment, everything is in working order. Always very clean. This is important to me. Of the minuses, perhaps the price per subscriber. But taking into account the discounts for loyalty, it still suits me.
