Bank "Saint-Petersburg"

Yesterday (09.12) I had to visit this branch of the bank and as a result, one negative and indignant. The organization in which I work has concluded an agreement with the Bank of St. Petersburg and, accordingly, all employees have a salary card of this bank. It is time to change the card, as the service life is coming to an end, and for all employees, tk. issued cards to everyone at the same time. And so, I come to this branch of the bank, because it is the closest one, and the girl I got to suddenly puzzled me extremely, saying that my card is valid for three more weeks and if I want to reissue the card now, it will cost 250 rubles, and if I don’t want to pay, then I you have to come at the end of the month and then the re-release will be free. But the fact is that on 02.12, that is, last week, my colleague at work in the same branch of the bank calmly ordered a card for herself and did not pay anything, and there was even no question of paying anything, and 03.12 a card could already be taken. I told the bank employee about this, to which she could not answer anything intelligible, as well as to my question why my colleague ordered the card for free, and I had to pay or wait until the end of the month. She just repeated like a jammed record "either now, but it costs 250 rubles, or at the end of the month for free" and didn't hear me at all. At the same time, as I understand it, our cards are apparently already ready, but they are in the main branch, and we just order delivery to a convenient bank branch to pick up our card there. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to clarify the situation for a long time, so I should not have asked for leave from work and in vain went to the bank, only ruined my mood and nerves. The boss at work, learning about what had happened, was as indignant as I was. But the apotheosis came today, when I found out that yesterday, another colleague of mine, in the same damn branch of the bank, also ordered a card without any problems and for free and could pick it up tonight. My indignation just goes off scale. Both colleagues who have already received the cards are working pensioners, so the question is: does the St. Petersburg bank in this case have some benefits for pensioners or what? Or do they selectively demand money for a free service? Or on December 9, in the window at number 12, instead of a normal employee, there was simply a stupid incompetent fool? Because my colleague on the same day ordered a card in window number six, and there, apparently, there was an adequate employee. Now I have one desire: to get my card and forget about the Bank of St. Petersburg, like about a bad dream, until the next reissue.

Wretched ward, wretched staff, came 40 before the opening, an ATM outside for money does not work, overflowed, called the ward, asked to put money in the internal terminal (he stands right outside the door), I was sent - or wait or look for another terminal, well done staff! There is no human relationship from the word at all ... Surely if I could continue in another department, I would go in here? And even more so to call and ask to give me deposit? Fire service!

Useless bank! First they’re selling shabby, damaged currency, then they don’t take it back! Find fault with every banknote for every bend! I do not advise buying and selling foreign currency in this bank!

Excellent team in the bank! I make translations there to America, never any problems. If the trainee is on the site, the more experienced staff will always help him, everything is done quickly and correctly. Small problems with parking, but it's all over town so nothing criminal.

I am always satisfied with the service in this branch. Employees are always ready to help, answer all questions. Recently, for a long time, an employee explained how interest is accrued on replenishable deposits. Everything is fast and affordable.
