First time ordering flowers for someone in St Petersburg and everything was done exactly to my expectations, the staff was very helpful and profesional.

I ordered flowers to my wife for the anniversary! I asked for delivery on 12/22/2020 at about 11 o'clock to her work, because I am on a business trip! I was told that no problem! As a result, at 18.30 I find out that the flowers have not been delivered! During the correspondence, I was told that my delivery is until 20.00! After I had a fight, the flowers were delivered to my house! The surprise failed! Not only was it not delivered on time, but the bouquet does not match what I ordered! I am very dissatisfied with this salon! And this is not the first time!

My mom ordered a 7kg fruit basket for me as a New Year gift. Since it was a surprise, I did not know anything about the upcoming delivery, and on the appointed day of delivery, they could not get through to me, so they delivered the basket the next day. 4 out of 7 tangerines are rotten, grapes are rotting, pineapple is in green mold. They replied to my mother's claims that it was allegedly due to the fact that they collected the basket on one day, and I accepted it only the next. Not funny at all! That is, if I took it on the appointed day, would all these fruits come to me in a similar condition the next? What kind of fruit are they put there ?? Or is it supposed to eat 7 kilos at once, without leaving the threshold? Seeing now numerous reviews on "tired" flowers in deliveries, I understand that the basket was clearly not collected for me personally, but had stood somewhere not even in the refrigerator for several days. Or if the fruit was originally of this quality, I wouldn't be surprised either.
