Rather, business is focused on large bouquets on pre-orders, but just go in and take a small bouquet for 3000₽ - this will be a losing option. Probably regret it. Olga, why do you need a negative? Better then, and work only on pre-orders, or improve the quality of bouquets in a store format walk-in.

For a long time I watched the account in the instagram, took a great photo. I decided to order a bouquet for my mother on my birthday. Since I myself am in another city, I did the order through the strap. I was sent a photo, I gave the go-ahead for sending. As a result, half the flowers in the bouquet are not fresh. The sellers did not want to admit their guilt, they responded to the claim as if we were stupid and do not know what those or other flowers look like. Nothing in the substitutes was suggested. It's a shame that the order through the Internet in my case was a cat in a poke. And the man could not do nicely. If you will order from them, then only personally with quality control.

I ordered a hatbox with flowers for my mother for her birthday. I chose the option I liked on their instagram, the cost of a box is 5500 rubles. Initially, it was not quite, to put it mildly, a friendly attitude towards me as a client embarrassed. Correspondence with them was conducted via vots ap. I wanted a bouquet like in the photo, I was told that they do not make the same bouquets, all bouquets are individual))) that is, should I order a pig in a poke?) I chose a bouquet, they told me its cost! Upon receipt, I just stood there with my mouth open in shock! It was a completely different bouquet with a different flower content! Flowers are the cheapest, no roses, no orchids as originally in the photo. Well, only the box was blue, as I ordered! Everything! And the fun part! The flowers were not fresh) it was visible to the naked eye. And now I have a question: I didn’t ask to make the bouquet cheaper! I was not trying to buy cheaper! I chose what I wanted to give my mom, it's just rudeness !! Of course, the bouquet had to be taken, since I was already on my way to my mother with all the gifts and cake. There is nothing more to you, except for beautiful photos on Instagram! Fake!
